**Duties**:

- Prepare and cut meat products according to customer specifications
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all meat products
- Operate butchery equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Butcher or similar role within a restaurant or food preparation setting
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and butchery techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work well in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and organisational skills

Pay: £13.00-£16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
