Intervention Tutor

**Are you an outstanding Tutor who would be interested in supporting small groups of students at year 7?**

We have a local SEN school who are looking for a Tutor to support three students alongside their class teacher. This post is to start as soon as possible and will be ongoing. The position will be full-time.

As an Intervention Tutor you will be supporting three children in year 7 with a tailored intervention programme. You will communicate regularly with their class teacher regarding learning objectives and progress.

This school is well located by main train lines, the tunnel, M53 and bus routes. Your role will involve going to each child off site and spending around 90 minutes on essential learning. All sites have been full risk assessed and you will always be in the presence of another adult.

- Hold QTS or have experience tutoring students to GCSE level
- Previous experience as an Intervention Teacher/Tutor would be preferred however not essential;
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
