You will beheading up the company and making strategic decisions, backed by the board of Directors.
You know how to inspire and support salespeople and are happy training and supporting fledgling employees.
You know what makes a salesperson tick (having been one yourself) and you love to show others the techniques and skills you've learnt.
If you're fed up with being micro-managed, this role will be a breath of fresh air You'll be given masses of autonomy and can plan your diary to maximise your earning potential.
You'll be based from the bright and breezy office near Crawley, although you probably won't have a chance to notice your surroundings, as you'll be busy coaching and supporting your team.

Basic salary of up to £150,000.
