Accommodation Advisor

**Pay Rate: £13.13 PAYE or £17.00 Umbrella**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

Servoca resourcing is a recruitment organisation that specialises in placing people in to temporary and permanent roles within the resettlement and rehabilitation sector.

One of my Housing clients are looking for an accommodation adviser to work with people on probation and assist them with their accommodation needs and support. This will include maintaining tenancy and securing new tenancy.
- Providing face to face support in probation offices (some will be remote)
- Completing case management tasks
- Updating case management systems and completing initial assessments for your case load
- Signposting and completing tenancy support

Experience Required:

- Housing or criminal justice experience
- ICT Skills
- Case management and safeguarding skills
- Experience of completing assessments

You will be required to have a DBS Check for this role prior to starting, it is essential that you're a car driver for this role.
