Our open plan offices at Winnersh Triangle (RG41 5TS) and Soho London are home to a dynamic bunch of driven, diverse, and hard-working people whose shared belief in delivering the best for our clients is underpinned by respect, transparency, and collaboration. We offer big corporate experience with that more hands-on SME feel. The Winnersh office is a 5-minute walk from Winnersh Triangle train station, and 5 minutes away from junction 10 on the M4. Free car parking. We also have an office in Soho, central London.

**The Roles and the Next Step in Your Career Journey**

If you’re ambitious individual with a great attitude and ready for a new challenge we’re looking for **two trainee associates, one in London and one in Winnersh,** to help us take our rapidly growing **Media team** to the next level. We are of a size where you personally can make a difference to the way we do things.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparation of statutory accounts, working papers and related tax computations and returns.
- General bookkeeping, management accounts preparation and VAT Return preparation
- Using our CRM software Karbon to follow workflow and work status.
- Communication with clients on various queries as they arise.

**To be Successful in these Trainee Associate Roles**:
If you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we can help you grow and develop:

- A recent degree, 2i or higher
- A real interest in a career in accountancy and the media sector.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivation and confidence in managing a busy workload.
- Team player

As **Trainee Associates** with FLB, in addition to an excellent study package and training support, we offer a competitive starting salary and a range of generous benefits including:

- Flexible working - 3 days office and 2 days working from home post passing your 3 months’ probation period.
- Flexible start time between 8am and 10am with a 7.5hr working day.
- 25 days holiday increasing by one day per years’ service up to a maximum of 30 days and ability to purchase/sell up to a further 5 days holiday.
