This is a part-time position with a focus on creating a fun and engaging environment for learning and growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging rugby coaching sessions for primary school children (ages 4-11) in an after
- school setting.
- Teach fundamental rugby skills, techniques, and strategies of the game.
- Develop players' individual skills, teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Promote a positive and inclusive environment where all participants feel valued and supported.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure effective communication and participation in rugby related activities.
- Create a safe and supportive atmosphere for children to learn and grow on and off the field.
- Motivate and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential and develop a love for the sport.
- Maintain and organise equipment necessary for coaching sessions (all equipments is provided).

**Requirements**:

- A strong background in rugby, with experience playing at a competitive level.
- Coaching experience, particularly with children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- A reliable and responsible individual who can commit to the schedule.
- Knowledge of child development principles and the ability to adapt coaching techniques accordingly.

Working hours and compensation:
