The rapid pace of our growth has resulted in a sales increase in excess of 100% year on year since we were established in Burton-on-Trent in 2010. Building on our success, we are continuing to develop avenues for new business opportunities. Having recently opened our sixth depot in Nottingham, we have ambitious plans for further growth and business expansion.

Our rapid growth means that we currently operate from six locations - our main head office in Swadlincote in the East Midlands, Tipton in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Canvey Island, Bristol, and Glasgow.

**Position**:
**Depot Administrator**

Reporting to**:Depot Manager**

Operational Responsibilities:

- Ensure files, including legal, are created, maintained, in date and in one location. This includes as a minimum Forklift Checksheets, Vehicle Maintenance, Fire Safety and Health & Safety compliance documentations
- Manage diaries, meetings/appointments/events/conferences including catering and venue booking
- Arranging travel/transport and accommodation
- Maintaining schedules and communicating reminders of important tasks and deadlines
- Completing reports to ensure the business is compliant with legislation and regulations within the remit of Directors
- Screening phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling where appropriate
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Processing Invoices from Sales orders
- Raising invoices for customers from agreed and delivered orders
- Ensure all stock movements requests are accurately recorded
- Assisting with Stock takes and ad-hoc warehouse tasks
- Arranging deliveries and collections
- Liaising with customers via telephone and written communication
- Updating and advising customers on Progress of orders and advising on ETA of delivery
- Liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and customers/clients
- Creating Quotations for customers & Closing Sales

- You have excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- You have IT literacy, skills in Excel and the ability to handle electronic data
- You maintain company and customer records ensuring complicity with Data Protection Act 2018
- You attend and participate in meetings and training sessions that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.

You may be required to undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time including travel within the UK

**Previous Experience in a Sales Role is Beneficial for this Role.**

**Salary**: £11.00 an hour. Monday to Friday. Start and finish times 09:30am - 14:30pm
