**As a Care Assistant
- Support Worker You Will Get**:

- **Travel time and waiting time paid** - We pay you for your travel time and waiting time as well, so you are paid how you should be, for time with our clients and time travelling between them.
- Salary Starting at: £10.30 per hour + 30p mileage + £4 for travel and waiting+ enhanced rate on bank holidays up to £15.45 per hour.
- A Bonus of £300 once probation is complete
- Guaranteed hours contract or zero-hour contracts whatever suits your lifestyle.
- We pay for your DBS
- Paid holidays minimum of 5.6 weeks annual leave per annum
- Inductions, training, and shadowing shifts are all paid
