Application Support Analyst

Working 37.5 hours per week, reporting to the Application Support Manager, you will deliver and maintain industry best practice processes for utilising the ITIL framework.

This role involves remote working with occasional travel to our Head Office inBorehamwood & Elysium Sites.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To work effectively and productively with all other levels of IT department
- Take ownership of user’s problems until resolution stage
- As required, provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents
- Prioritise and schedule assigned support activities and task

**To be successful in this role, you'll need**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Customer-focused and goal orientated with keen attention to detail
- Ability to engage with and seek input from others to ensure delivery to agreed timescales
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion
- Ability to understand and determine when issues should be escalated to a higher level
