**Poste et missions**:** Overall purpose of the role**

Promoting the Secured Funding offering of the GSF department (Global Securities Financing) to UK clients, with particular focus, but not limited to, Fixed Income securities in Repo or alternative format.

Range of products including, and not limited to, Securities Lending (Fixed Income and Equity), Repos Cross Asset and Cross Currency, Collateralized Notes and Collateralized Funds structures, Total Return Swaps, Asset Switches, etc.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Perform any action linked to regulatory constraints (MIFID2 for instance), onboarding, Master agreements, limit requests.
- Increase GSF Secured Funding activity sustainably through the below
- Originate and execute Secured funding transactions in the Repo Market, in repo or securities lending format
- Maintain Awareness of all economic and financial data and any other important factor likely to affect the client base and products being marked
- Maintain a high level of client intensity to be able to source profitable funding deals and grow GSF franchise : identify the optimal assets to finance and maturities (with regards to risk/reward), increase equipment rate in GMRAs/GMSLAs and other relevant documentation for a securities financing business
- Plan and organise client meetings, establishing relevant contacts with clients and in coordination with the different client facing departments (for ex. senior coverage) and ensure information is passed to other teams for cross sell purposes within the bank
- Co-ordinate the Bank's efforts to service client organisations: ensure transaction execution meets client and Natixis requirements, notably with regards to providing timely and professional pricing within Natixis compliance framework
- Formulate marketing strategies; create business plans,; draw up forecasts
