Overview:
Hours:
8.15pm-11pm each evening

9.30am-1.30pm each day

Mon-Fri split shifts

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Keep kitchen floors and work surfaces clean and sanitised
- Dispose of rubbish and recycling appropriately
- Support in unloading deliveries and storing items correctly
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel environment is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to help colleagues as needed
- Understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
