Seasonal Shop Assistant, Constantine Bay

We are looking for an individual who will help support and oversee the day to day running of the business. Their focus should be to drive sales and maintain high levels of service within the store. The role is very varied due to the seasonality of the business, it can be very fast moving and would suit an energetic, hands on and “can do” individual who takes pride in their work and wants the best out of their team. Shift patterns will vary throughout the year due to the seasonality of the business.

Day to day duties will include:

- Operating the shop EPOS
- Stock replenishing and rotation of stock to ensure the store is well merchandised
- Providing a first class level of customer service
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
- Ensuring that all Health and Safety and Food Safety is to the legal requirement
- Maintaining high levels of cleaning standards throughout the store
- Opening and closing duties in the store
- Making hot drinks using an espresso machine
