**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany clients to property viewings and provide them with a positive and informative experience
- Answer any questions clients may have about the property
- Ensure that properties are presented in the best possible light by arranging them in an organized and appealing manner
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Assist with administrative tasks related to property viewings, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple property viewings efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Administrative abilities to handle scheduling and record keeping tasks

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 9 - 18 per week
