**Workshop Administrator - Newtownabbey**

**Salary:£ 20,000.00-£23,000.00**

Clemence Rogers are working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an Workshop Administrator to provide office support to their busy Vehicle Maintenance unit in Newtownabbey. The ideal person for this role will have experience, ideally in aservice or a workshop administration position with knowledge of Kerridge software.In return you will receive the following benefits:

**Benefits: Salary up to £ 20,000.00-£23,000.00, attendance bonus, pension scheme, healthcare, parking on site, holidays 29 days including stats, hoursof work 8am
- 5pm Monday to Friday half hour lunch.**

As the Workshop Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Communicating with customers on work carried out and work completed
- Supply accurate and timely estimates for necessary work when requested
- Process all job cards and ensure correct information is recorded
- Liaising \with workshop for estimated completion of works and keeping the customer updated
- Accepting parts delivery and cross reference parts to order
- Raising invoices as and when needed
- Booking MOT’s for customers and ensuring enough time is allocated
- Updating and checking works spreadsheet on a regular basis
- Managing KPI’s
- Ordering any office stationery

As the Workshop Administrator you will have:

- Previous experience within a commercial service environment HGV/LCV would be beneficial
- Knowledge of Kerridge is a must
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced service department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Must have a good eye for detail and accuracy
- Great organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Office and Excel
