This is a rare opportunity for an individual coming from a background in financial services to join a leading firm within financial services in Dublin.

This role requires someone to have prior experience as an assistant company secretary and good understanding, knowledge and experience within compliance stemming from financial services.

In this varied role you will work closely with the company secretary and your responsibilities will include:

- Working with various Board and Committee Chairs to agree meeting agendas and annual programmes of work.
- Provide on going assistance to the Company Secretarial team as required on all governance related activities.
- Ensure that statutory compliance is being adhered too, maintenance of statutory records and ensure statutory returns are completed within required timescales.
- Organise, schedule and attend annual and general board meetings whilst taking minutes.
- Advising internal stakeholders and taking appropriate action which includes, working as part of cross-functional teams on the implementation of new regulations and legislation.

The role is based out of their Dublin office and offers hybrid working. This role offers a competitive salary package + Benefits.
