As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in Bath Spa train station with queries and offering assistance as when required.
We are looking for a member of staff to work weekends at Bath Spa Station from Saturday 7th Jan until Sunday 12th Feb
£13 per hour
Shifts - 2.30pm - 10.30pm

You would be providing this information to members of the general public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care

You will be involved in....
- Meeting and greeting our customers as they enter and leave our station
- Supporting customers needing assistance
- Ensuring the safety of the station environment
- Providing a friendly and personable service

- Be safety conscious - able to spot and anticipate risk.
