**About The Role**:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Joiner to join our busy, high performing Responsive Maintenance Team.

This is a permanent role, on a full-time basis working 38hrs per week.

The purpose for this role is to find someone who can,
- carry our all joinery tasks to a high standard
- carry out basic multi skilling, plastering tiling and plumbing
- work in a PDA driven environment

You will be someone with a positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in. The ability to work towards deadlines whilst working in a conscientious and tidy manner using your own initiative. The ability to plan, organise and prioritise work is essential and to be able to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external. Good verbal and written communication skills are a must.
