As an IFA Administrator you will be responsible for delivering excellent administrative and technical support to clients, Financial Advisers, and the Financial planning team with a strong focus on providing excellent outcomes for all clients.
This would suit an experienced IFA Administrator with expertise in investment fund switches and client relationship management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handle client queries effectively through clear communication
- Record and maintain written and electronic client communication accurately
- Collect and record client policy information and critical data in accordance with principles
- Obtain policy information, quotes, and product details
- Assist with new client on boarding from initial contact to investment
- Schedule and prepare documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
- Send critical client data electronically
- Create and manage follow-up tasks for client meetings and new business submissions
- Comply with internal and regulatory compliance policies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
What we are looking for:
- 2-3 years' experience within the financial services industry
- Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, and family wealth planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency on Microsoft Office packages, with an intermediate knowledge of Excel

Location: Winnersh
Hours: 9am - 5pm
