Forth Grass Machinery is a family business based in Dalgety Bay, Fife. We’ve been supplying clients across Fife, Perth, Edinburgh and the Lothians with high-quality Groundcare machinery, Plant and Chainsaw equipment since 2009.

Due to continued growth we're now looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. This is a fast paced and varied role, handling a wide range of enquiries.

As approved dealers for a number of leading brands we pride ourselves on delivering high quality service and after care to our customers. It’s therefore essential that you enjoy interreacting with customers both face to face and on the phone.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers, handling a broad range of general and technical enquires through to conclusion.
- Ensure all customers receive a proactive, positive experience at all times.
- Proactively support the workshop manager to coordinate jobs, customer installations and hire equipment. Providing progress updates to customers as required.
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, sourcing and ordering customer parts.
- Ensure the showroom is fully stocked and presentable at all times.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers across a wide product range
- Ensuring all customer invoices are processed and paid accordingly.
- Taking responsibilty for stores & stock takes

**Qualifications and Skills**

**ESSENTIAL**
- Previous experience in a customer fronting role essential.
- The ability to work as part of a close team as well as independently.
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
- Excellent administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

**DESIRABLE**
- Previous experience in the industry
- UK Driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
