Their services include valuations, investment and development acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residentialagency, insolvency services, property management, expert witness and building surveying.

They also have a wide range of clients including banks, institutions, property companies; public bodies and the general public which is why, totally committedto client's needs, their surveyors always aim to respond efficiently and effectively.
My clients are proud to be a firm large enough to provide a comprehensive, professional service to clients, yet be small enough to provide individual director contact and advice to every client.
**Your new role**
Due to the expansion of my clients Valuations Department, an opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Surveyor, either experienced or recently qualified, to join their team to assist with residential and commercial valuations for loan security purposes
**What you'll need to succeed** MRICS/FRICS
- Registered Valuer
- Proven IT skills, including high-level Excel competency
- Well organised, efficient, uses initiative and able to work to tight deadlines.
- Good written/communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with an eye for detail, a commitment to excellence and developing strong client relationships.
- Positive attitude, fun and willing to learn with and to develop the team.
