Worcester, United Kingdom Little Lodge Nursery School Full time

Your role will be to lead a team of practitioners on any one given day and ensure the care for children is outstanding and the monthly nursery curriculum is delivered in an age appropriate way. You will also be in charge of holding monthly meetings and relaying feedback to the the line managers.

**Duties**:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities
- Assist with feeding and personal care routines
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Communicate with parents and provide updates on their child's progress
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery space

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of child development and early years education
- Ability to create engaging and stimulating activities for children
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
