We are looking for ambitious individuals that want to step up their career and begin their journey as a Graduate Sales Producer. Our client is a specialist Commercial Insurance provider based in Bristol and they focus more on personality than experience. If you are confident, bubbly, enjoy speaking to people and building long-lasting relationships, then a career in sales would be perfect

**What you'll be doing**
- Researching of potential clients and finding the best contact.
- Following up on leads by contacting prospective clients.
- Understanding clients’ needs to offer the best services available.
- Ensuring you’re representing the company and services in the best way.
- Working closely with the Senior BDE’s to secure new clients.
- Assisting in brokering duties where needed.

**What you'll need to apply**
- A genuinely confident, bubbly, outgoing personality, that enjoys speaking to new people.
- Previous customer service, sales, retail or similar experience is advantageous but not essential.

**What you'll get in return for your talents**
- Basic salary of **£22,000 - 25,000** per annum.
- First year OTE of **£30,000 - 35,000**.
- Hybrid working model - following probation.
- Monday - Friday - **no weekends**.
- **No experience necessary** - suitable for experienced sales, trainees or Grads etc.
