**About the role**

As a Digital Learning and Support Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our Future Ready Hubs foster an environment of excellence. You will provide line management to Student Support Officers and Curriculum Liaison Officers, fostering a supportive and high performing team. Providing support to students, ensuring that they have access to essential resources and information. You will offer assistance and advice to staff in adapting to cultural and curriculum changes, empowering them to utilise learning resources effectively.

**About you**

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build excellent relationships at all levels. You will have a proven track record in leading a team. Your positive and helpful approach will be crucial in fostering a welcoming, supportive and professional service within the Future Ready Hubs. Additionally, your knowledge of equality, diversity, and inclusion will help create an inclusive environment where every student feels valued.
