Due to maternity leave we are looking for a Hires Administrator for 10 month fixed term contract starting as soon as possible.

The role will be assisting in our very busy heavy plant hires department in a team of 3 people.
- **What we are looking for**:_
- Confidence on the phone and extremely customer focussed.
- Experience working in a hires or customer service environment would be an advantage.
- Great team worker and happy to work across departments.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills.
- Methodical and conscientious.
- Ability to learn quickly due to short term nature of the role.
- Must have own transport due to our semi rural location

- Salary of £25,000 per annum with a generous completion bonus at end of fixed term contract.
- Role will be office based with some degree of flexibility on working patterns.
