**Job description**

We are advertising to recruit a **full-time** housekeeping member for our country house hotel in Hockley Heath.

We also offer **part-time opportunities** for room attendance and public attendance jobs, including cleaning our Stables function suite, and we are open to working around your schedule to accommodate your needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house within the standards of the hotel.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains the inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.

- Good communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Must take pride in their work

**(Must be able to drive - car owner)**

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- housekeeping: 1 year (preferred)
