**FP&A Manager | £55,000 + Car Allowance | Retail | Trafford**

I am currently partnering with one of the fastest growing retail companies in the Manchester Area.

The company is going through and massive period of growth with lots of exciting things happening internally, and externally. Therefore they are looking to bring on an ambitious FP&A Manager to join the team.

Day to Day;
- Own all financial forecasting processes - ensuring accuracy and consistency in aiding business decision making and performance tracking
- Develop forecasting models and processes towards monthly rolling forecast
- Ensuring adherence to all governance, risk and compliance standards and expectations
- Manage and develop a small team of forecasting analysts
- Fully qualified CIMA, ACA, ACCA
- Experience in preparing, analysing, and implementing forecasting and reporting requirements
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet changing priorities and demands
- Ability to interpret P&L, balance sheet and cash flow data and information
- A proven track record in forecasting across multi-disciplined businesses
- Proven track record in effective facilitation and communication at multiple levels
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to gather, analyse and present data
- Ability to organise multiple responsibilities and deliver results in an accurate and timely manner while adapting to changes in priorities.
- Detail and process oriented
