Trailer Freight Exports Clerk

Our client is a well established international freight forwarder who are now looking for an experienced European Road Export Clerk to join their growing Bradford branch.
For over 150 years my client has been handling **export and import** shipping requirements throughout Europe and Worldwide. Their reputation is based on their caring, customer focused service and competitive pricing
Working within a busy **road freight groupage export operation.** The successful applicant would be required to liaise with clients, hauliers and agents planning groupage consignments from Europe.
**Duties include**:
** Liaising with customers and overseas agent.**
** Load planning and liaising with hauliers.**
** Raising export documentation to enable trailers to transit UK Ports and Europe.**
** Customer service.**
**Skills required**:
** Freight forwarding road freight experience ideally exports**
** Good telephone manner.**
** Good computer skills - Additional training will be given in the use of our in-house Systems.**
** The ability to work in fast paced and pressurised environment**
** Excellent communication skills both verbal and written**
**Benefits**:
** Salary Circa £25,000 - £28,000**
** Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30 pm /1 hour for lunch.**
