**Your field of responsibility**
The FCC KYC AML Officer supports and assists the EMEA Head of Advisory in actively leading, managing and owning day to day activities of the various FCC Business Advisory Teams. They will support the functions of the Investment Banking, Private Banking and Asset Management Advisory Teams. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the assessment and approval of high-risk clients, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and providing advice to the business on KYC policy, standards and exceptions, including assisting on the updating of KYC guidance and procedures and process enhancement projects relating to KYC issues.

FCC KYC AML Advisory is a London-based team within the EMEA Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) function of the bank. The team works to guide the EMEA Investment Banking division and the UK Private Banking & Asset Management Divisions. There is a focus on quality of work as opposed to hours spent in the office. - Proven experience in working in a financial institution preferably in an KYC or FCC function.
- Demonstrate accuracy and good attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and organization skills.
- Agile and adaptable to changing environment.
- Proven ability to manage work to demanding deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to cultivate & develop strong relations with First
- & Second-Line partners to develop positive relationships
