**The Role**:
The Coordinator role will have the responsibility of developing new business leads and opportunities, whilst building relationships with new and current accounts. With 15 hotels and over 5000 bedrooms in London, the role also will also be responsible for identifying opportunities across the whole group of hotels. You will deal with enquiries over the phone as well as in person, taking bookings and promoting the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients.

There will be an administrative element to role so you will need a professional telephone manner, organisation skills and an excellent command of both written and spoken English. There will also be a focus on systems, so experience of Sales and Catering, Databases and Excel would be a definite advantage. You will be responsible for inputting key sales data and information as well as researching potential sales leads and consolidating data into the Sales Force system.
