Due to our continuing expansion we are looking for a full time Qualified Bookkeeper to join us.
**It is essential that you are able to demonstrate the use of Cloud Accounts Software - Xero and Quickbooks - to a high standard processing all transactions up to trial balance.**

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Posting all transactions using Cloud Accounts Software - Xero or Quickbooks
- Inputting Supplier invoices/credits
- Scanning paperwork and processing receipts/invoices
- Producing Sales invoices on behalf of clients
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
- Preparation of management information
- Upkeep of expense Records

**Skills Required**:

- Bookkeeping in a similar role (1 - 2 Years)
- Professional manner
- Good numeracy skills
- Be methodical & organised
- Be able to use your own initiative
- Proficient skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Driving license (**Essential** as work will be carried out at clients' sites as well as our office)
