Tutor - Ullenwood

At The Wise Seeker, we are looking for a **tutor **to work with one of our clients located in the UK: a provider of specialist further education, personal development and residential services for people with disabilities.

Location: Ullenwood

**Tasks**
- It will be your job to devise and deliver high quality and stimulating learning for students with complex disabilities which may include Autism, Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and/ or Multiple Learner Disabilities.
- Embedding RARPA principles in your teaching, you will use your excellent organisational skills to keep up to date your professional teaching records and students’ progress towards accreditation and learning outcomes linked to their Education Health and Care Plan and Primary Learning Goals.

Multi-disciplinary work will be critical in your role so that you can ensure students maximise their learning, boosting their independence and wellbeing to prepare them for life after college.

**Requirements**:

- It goes without saying that you will be a first-class communicator, who is creative, proactive and forward-thinking.
- You will have experience of planning and delivering innovative and person centred sessions to young people, working with people with complex learning difficulties and disabilities.
- You will ideally hold a relevant level 3 or 4 professional qualification and ideally have or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification at Diploma level.
