**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced mortgage/loan/claim handlers to join our growing legal & panel management department. The role entails:

- Review and assessment of disclosure obtained from potential defendants.
- Production of risk management reports to assess liability, causation and quantum.
- Working closely with our panel solicitors to discuss claim matters and provide time critical advice and support.
- Review letters before action and defences received.
- Review and undertake any required based on counsel opinion.
- Accurately assess the valuation of claim matters and individual heads of loss

**About You**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a secured lending environment or claims handling role.
- Financial mis-selling experience desirable but not essential
- An excellent eye for detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
- A tenacious approach and strong work ethic needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
