Applications are invited for the following post within the dynamic world Of Work Based Learning.

PROGRAMME ASSISTANT APPRENTICE: Grade 4 (scp 5-11) £21,575 - £24,054

This opportunity will suit an individual who has good communication and administration skills and is keen to work in a fast-paced environment delivering Work Based learning programmes across Wales. Working closely with a team of managers and assessors, you will be required to collate eligibility evidence and assist learners to enrol onto our training programmes, register learners for their qualifications with Awarding Bodies, arrange external courses and support learners in the successful completion of their programmes.
- You will need good digital literacy skills. The use of E-portfolios and digital training records are central to the role. Training will be given in the use of our specific digital platforms.
- You will hold a Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) Maths & English qualification and have a Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent.
- This role is a Level 3 Apprenticeship position and you must be prepared to work towards the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service during your initial 18 months of employment.
- The role will be primarily based in Llanelli and you will work as part of a small team of assessors and managers.
- You will need a clean driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
- A full DBS check is required for this post and you will register with the Education Workforce Council.

LRC Training is a partner within Skills Academy Wales at Neath Port Talbot College which has been the highest performing Apprenticeship Provider in Wales for three of the last four years. You will be working with committed professionals delivering Welsh Governments’ flagship apprenticeship programme.
