**The Role**:
**Contract Type: Permanent**
**Persona: Site based**
**Location**:Reporting office: Warwick - occasional travel to sites in Chelmsford and Cambridge area**

**Interviews will be held TBC**

**Salary**:competitive depending upon experience**

Working as part of the Technical Team and reporting to the Design & Technical Manager you will coordinate the technical design for the construction of new build projects from post planning through to completion.

It is essential that you have previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector and can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role.

A good knowledge of the Building Regulations and design detailing is essential.

For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Also project management skills and a high level of computer literacy (Excel, Word and AutoCAD) will be required.
