The Little Blackpool Leisure Company is looking for Floor Staff to work in the new and exciting Abingdon Street Market food hall - do you have what it takes?

As a member of the floor team, you will be responsible for preparing tables for diners including clearing and cleaning tables, assisting guests with requests, and clearing used tables. Collaborating with other members of staff from all food and beverage units, you may be asked to deliver drinks to tables, run food, pass on customer feedback, follow food health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Below is a list of expectations for your role as a food runner:

- Experience with food & beverage operations
- A people person who is able to build strong relationships with tenants guests
- Proactive and independent
- Disciplined and process orientated
- Flexible and willing to take on new challenges, and learn new skills

- Have availability to work weekends and bank holidays
- Team working and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina for standing and walking
- Superb organisation and multi-tasking
- Professionalism and a customer service mindset
- Engaging with customers and providing feedback
- Act as a point of contact for all customers
- Keeping clearing stations stocked with cleaning materials and ensure that they’re presentable at all times
- Comply with all in house systems including our paperwork management app Pineapple
- Be passionate, dynamic, creative and have great attention to detail
- Calm demeanour to deal with demanding customers
- The ability to work well in a noisy, high-pressure environment and be able to deal with multiple requests at once

- Flexible house, based in central Blackpool, across weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Basic wages will be £10.42 paid weekly
