The Clyde Property Handyman Service is designed to support Clyde Property's Letting Management Centre in carrying out a high quality, efficient and well-organised minor repairs and maintenance services across our let and managed portfolio of Privately Rented properties throughout Glasgow and Central Scotland.

A full UK Driving Licence is essential.
Company van is provided (authorised to take home and commute in).

**Key responsibilities include;**
- General Repairs & maintenance - adhoc as required
- Minor Plumbing - being able to fix small water leaks from taps/water tanks, replacing bath and shower seals
- Simple Joinery Work - kitchen cabinets doors, general repairs, changing/repairing door locks/ironmongery, replacing and hanging doors etc.
- Tiling & Wet Wall - able to attend to small tiling jobs, grout renewal and wet wall installation (wet wall experience is not essential)
- Painting & Decorating - preparation, painting walls, ceilings and woodwork (interior and exterior)
- Minor Electrical - replacing bulbs, fuses, plugs, smoke detector batteries etcCarpet & Flooring removal - as required
- Rubbish - bagging up tenant rubbish from time to time and disposing of at local refuse centres

**Hours of work;**
Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (40 hours per week with a paid lunch break)

**Salary;**
£22,000 - £25,000

A van is supplied (which is available for commuting). A tablet device and tools are also provided and access to a number of trade accounts already established.
