**Duties**:Assist the Executive Assistant in the day to day running of both business and family administration - Required to support the Principal and EA of a private property management company on a rural estate in Berkshire**

**Responsibilities**:
Liaise with the Principal and EA to ensure seamless transition for meetings, and family travel, holiday arrangements and business commitments

Arrange and attend meetings to take minutes and to ensure actions points are followed up

Collation of packs, reports and paperwork pertaining to business, developments, foreign assets

Correspondence: responding to invitations, daily post, parcels

Schools liaison: processing school bills, parents’ evenings reminders, extra-curricular / after school activities

Arranging medical/personal appointments

Reclaim medical expenses through private medical cover

Personal shopping for Principal; buying and sourcing items across households

Cars: Liasing with the in-house mechanic to ensure continued tax, servicing, MOTs, insurances are current

Insurances: Liase with CFO on the renewal of household insurance, contents, building, cars, TV, shotgun

Management of household utility bills (gas, water, electricity, telecoms)

Ensure all directories, contact and supplier lists are kept up to date

Keep receipts and inventory of expenditure on accounts and provide weekly to Accounts for auditing and tax compliance

Payroll administration; record holiday and sickness leave

Shoot invitations; diary management, raise invoices, monitor supplies inline with Gamekeeper requests

General administrative support, including filing, scanning, and organising documents

Type and proof-read correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed

Maintain an organised office environment by ordering stationery supplies and keeping inventory of stock levels

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong clerical skills, including excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment and computerised systems
- Proficient in using Google Suite for document management and collaboration
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
