As ‘Receptionist’ you’ll be on the front line and ensure all our guest receive the warmest of welcomes and goodbyes.
You’ll be delivering service with a smile, and a can do attitude and of course enjoy working as part of a successful team.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Top quality Customer service, our people make our hotel
- Working as part of a great team
- First point of contact for our guests
- Checking guest in and out, processing payments
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services as well as local area
- Maximising revenue through upselling and room sales
- Administration and Technology savvy - full training will be given
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
