We currently have an exciting opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Building Maintenance Team as a **Scaffolder**.

You will be responsible for the safe erection and dismantling of scaffold structures for building maintenance and refurbishment purposes on behalf of our tenants and customers. You will also carry out inspections of the equipment in use, and promptly complete and submit the required paperwork.

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience of scaffolding and have a sound and full knowledge of current scaffolding and health and safety regulations and requirements. You will also have the ability to lead and direct other unskilled operatives effectively and with a view to meeting team targets.

A full **UK driving licence** as well as a completed and signed off **Part 2 Scaffolding qualification **is an essential requirement of this role.
