**FULL-TIME HALL PORTER**

The full time position will be 40 hours per week, 5 days from 7, generally 7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm. Weekend work is required on a shift rota basis.

- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Handling of Luggage from arrival, delivering to guest rooms and collection of luggage on departure also, if required. Storing of Luggage.
- Delivery of amenities to guest bedrooms.
- Assisting with set-up of Meeting Rooms, breaking them down and delivering tea/coffee, lunch to the delegates.
- Keeping Hotel Lounge areas clean and tidy.
- Going to the Post Office with parcels.
- On hand to give guests local information and knowledge of the area. Helping them with booking trips.
- Completing Online Training Modules to help with your development and knowledge.

- **Must have a driving license**:

- Previous experience in similar role or experience delivering high levels of service.
- Fun, fresh and inspiring personality
- Passion for hospitality
- Previous experience of exceptional guest service in a fast pace environment
- Friendly, courteous and helpful, with excellent communication skills
- Motivated to go the extra mile for guests and colleagues
