Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator with your main focus and responsibility being on the business accounts, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing the smooth operation of our office. This is a part-time position based in our office in Whitstable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and using computerized systems
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
