Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a trainee or Graduate to join our Product team, it's not essential but it would be great if you had some experience working in product or telecoms.We are looking for a great communicator, who can work independently - this might be researching or cracking on with the day's tasks.

This could suit a graduate who is interested in a career in product, ideally with some working or internship experience. Or you might have experience working in a junior product or analyst position or similar.

**Here’s why you’ll love this role**

You will be having great conversations with teams around the business to ensure product specifications are available to meet the needs of systems and users

Maintain and update product catalogue, ensuring accuracy of all data

Help to understand and report on the wider market, through your own research or a 3rd party - such as customer surveys and conversations

Provide general admin/analysis support to the commercial team - this might be presenting your research or creating a report

Work with the business intelligence team to identify important industry trends

You might have a degree or equivalent in Business management, Marketing or similar

Great communication skills - confident speaking with a range of people from different backgrounds

Methodical, diligent, and detailed approach to work and ICT literate

You have a can do attitude and relish a fresh challenge and variation in your work

You believe that a great internet product can really make a difference to people's lives

You will use your communication and analytical skills to create reports and deliver findings

This is a full time role, based at our Willerby office full time. But we’re all about making sure our people can do what they do best whilst balancing busy lives, hobbies, kids, cats and cross stitch. So if you’ve got ideas about flexible working, let us know.
