Enthusiastic and skilled multi-tradesperson required by workspace and storage operator to undertake full time maintenance and caretaking role across two estates in East and South London

Bloc is a growing workspace and storage business offering high quality low-cost commercial studios, workshops and storage spaces to several hundred small businesses across two sites in Hackney Wick London E3 and and Woolwich London SE18

We require an enthusiastic and skilled multi-tradesperson to undertake maintenance and caretaking duties across both sites.

You will work with our estates management office, responding to maintenance requests from tenants, overseeing statutory compliance and generally maintaining the amenity and safety of the estates.

Skills required include basic carpentry, masonry and decorating as well as an understanding of electrical, plumbing and roofing issues to the extent that third party contractors can be instructed for these more specialist works.

You will need to have a good problem solving mind and a positive attitude toward maintaining and improving facilities on our sites.

Standard working hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with an option for additional pay for emergency call outs. Statutory holiday and sick pay will als be provided.

You will be provided with a work mobile phone and work van. Some training and accreditation will be provided. Full UK Driving license required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
