**We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service.**
You will be provided with full dealership and manufacturer training and coaching to ensure you are equipped for success in the role.
**About the Role**:
- The administration of all aftersales requests i.e. jobcard preparation, bookings, quotes, parts orders via the Pinnacle DMS
- Greeting customers and managing their vehicle progress through the workshop
- Ensuring accurate and proactive use of EVHC to achieve pre-set targets
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer targets
**About You**:
If you are currently an Experienced Service Advisor who has a great understanding of the service process and are customer orientated, we would love to discuss this great opportunity with you.
Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
**Working Hours**
Mon - Fri 08.00 - 18.00
Sat 08.30 - 13.00 on a Rota
