Export Customer Support Bilingual

Job Title**:Export Customer Support (Bilingual)**

Location**:Elsenham**

Salary**:£25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)**

Term**:Permanent**

Hours**:Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm**

RecruitAbility is looking for a **bilingual customer support administrator**, to join their well established client in **Elsenham**. You will be joining the company at an exciting time, as they grown within their niche market.

**The Role of Export Customer Support**:

- Support customers with sales enquiries
- First point of contact for all export customers
- Attend customer facing Industry events
- Ensure all customer pricing is correct and communicated
- Ensure customers receive accurate and timely delivery information
- Co-ordinate with Marketing to promote products/ ranges/ brands
- Support Sales Manager in the Quarterly business Review of both customer and suppliers
- Carry out any other reasonable duties, as requested by the Sales Manager

**To be considered for the role of Export Customer Support**:

- At least one European Language is essential
- Export experience, good understanding of documentation requirements
- Must be a team player and customer centric
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Goods customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite or related products
- You must have your own transport due to the location of the office

**The Package for Export Customer Support**:

- Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm
- Pension
- 23 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
