We are looking to appoint a B2B Marketing Manager to oversee the marketing of Kubrick to our B2B clients. Working closely with the Commercial Director and wider commercial function, you will develop, own and execute (primarily) inbound and (secondly) outboundB2B marketing activities with the aim of driving awareness and consideration of Kubrick, and driving marketing qualified leads to the commercial function. This is an exciting new opportunity for an individual who has strong industry experience and is passionateabout developing impactfulB2B campaigns.

**Key elements of the role and competencies**
- Develop, own and execute B2B marketing strategies and plans to drive client acquisition and retention in line with marketing and business objectives
- Develop our sophistication around marketing automation and account-based marketing - we are on a journey to embed these approaches with supporting tools
- Marketing budget planning and management, with a commercial eye on deploying spend dependent on performance and ROI
- Develop thought leadership strategies and content, in partnership with Content team and partners, to deploy across marketing channels
- Develop our events strategy and organise Kubrick’s presence at these events
- Build and nurture relationship with our sales teams, ensuring all are bought into the marketing strategy and are continually updated with regular check-ins
- Empower sales teams with sales collateral, case studies, tools and techniques to nurture prospects and win new customers
- Collaborate with Technology Partners to create joint marketing initiatives for lead generation and to elevate both brands through our partnerships
- Lead surveys, interviews, and focus groups to understand client experience with Kubrick and help develop our services
- Leverage our consultants & alumni (in collaboration with our Alumni Manager) to drive new leads/opportunities and maintain and develop our brand across audiences

**What are we looking for?**
- B2B marketing experience - ideally in an early stage growth business
- Experience with marketing automation tools (egHubspot) and ability to support Kubrick on the journey of assessing and adopting this technology/capability
- Experience running Account Based Marketing campaigns
- Commercially minded, comfortable using data and managing budgets
- Highly organised with the ability to balance multiple projects
- Large interest in data, AI and cloud technology and its role in society and industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders across the business
