**UK Phoenix Helathcare **are recruiting for Community HCA roles accross the midlands.

As a community HCA, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals in need of care and support services. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their daily lives by providing assistance, companionship, and emotional support. If you are passionate about helping others and have the necessary skills and qualifications, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Ability to travel with in a 30 mile radius of home postcode
- Provide assistance and support to individuals in need of care and support services
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help clients with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings

**Skills**:

- Experience in childcare, nursing home, hospice care, or senior care settings
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
