**Business and Data Analyst - Warrington (Hybrid Working) - Up to £30k + Bonus - Agency**

Our client is a leading private healthcare and cosmetic surgery brand that are taking the North West by storm with their approach and growing reputation. The job lies within the data function of the company, they require a Business and Data Analyst to supportthe BI Manager with enhancing existing data, capturing new areas of data, updating and refining reporting requirements and improve our business systems and processes to streamline the management of data alongside the automation of reporting requirements. Theyare looking for an Excel savvy individual to come in and take the company by storm. The data with vary from client statistics to finances with everything in between, you will get multiple views of the business.

The day to day includes insight, reporting, data integrity, automations & visualisation, CRM development as well as projects and systems. You will get

You will work with key stakeholders across all departments to provide insight and develop relationships to identify opportunities, enhance current practice, challenge, and support business strategy. You will be supported throughout your role with close workingalongside the BI manager as well as independent working.

The data team is expanding and there will be a clear path of progression and a view of the team booming.
- Excel wiz
- A keen self-starter with an ambition to succeed
- Confident presenting your data findings within the company
- Experience in an analytics-based role
- Experience with Power BI (or any visualisation data tool) _preferred_
- Passion for data and keen eye for detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Zoho or Saleforce would be an advantage
