Bank Staff Nursery Assistants

We are looking for bank staff, relief nursery assistants to help us to care for all our children within the nursery. You must be able to work between the hours of 8am - 6pm.

**Please note this is a zero hours contract so shifts may not be guaranteed. If needed you will given a rota each week. You may also be called upon at short notice to cover staff sickness.**

We support all our staff to reach their fullest potential. If, after some time working with us, you prove yourself to have potential, there are opportunities to become permanent based on the business needs of the nursery.

You may also have the opportunity to study for a qualification in working with children, we would be happy to support this ambition, provided that you have the necessary prior learning to be accepted as a learner by our training partner.

**You will be based in at Stepping Stones Montessori Day Nursery and Preschool in Waverton, Chester, CH3 7QN. Please check that you are able to reliably travel to work each day as we are not on a direct bus route**

**Qualifications and Experience**
- No prior formal experience is required.
- Ideally you will have had some experience being around children, either personally or professionally.
- **Job Expectations**:

- You will be caring and kind, with a sense of fun.
- You will have a positive attitude, resilience and an interest in learning new skills.
- You will be well-presented and able to communicate well
- You will work well with a team, supporting colleagues proactively and positively, to deliver high standards of care.
- You will be able to upkeep high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within the rooms
- You will be reliable, with a good attendance record.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
