Complex Rehabilitation Peer Recovery Support Worker

CREST (Community Rehabilitation Enhanced Support Team) is a service which aims to enable people with severe and complex mental health needs to define, build and live a meaningful, independent and satisfying life outside of complex rehabilitation hospital. The service currently supports people across the region from Leeds, Calderdale, Kirklees, Bradford and Wakefield.
